Summer Policies

Classes start July 9 and end August 31

Early registration discounts (10% off tuition) till April 30.
Kids and Teens ½ day tuition: $250 ($225 w/ early registration discount)

Kids and Teens full day tuition: $450 ($405 w/ early registration discount)

Sibling Discount is 10% off second tuition. No other discounts can be applied.

50% Deposits are due at time of registration

Full payment due by June 1. After June 1 prices increase.

Cancellation of class
Full refund 6 weeks prior to start of class.
Partial refund (50%) 4 weeks prior to start of class.
No refunds after 4 weeks notice.
Classes can be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. A full refund is given if class is cancelled by the studio. Notified 1 week before start of class by email.

All deposits are non-refundable. (Unless class is cancelled by the studio)

Late payment fee of $25 to tuitions not paid in full by June 1.

Last minute enrollment is accepted if there is room in the class. No discounts can be applied. Full tuition is due at time of registration.

Confirmations and cancellations are done through email. Please provide an email that you can be best reached at.

All materials are supplied for an additional fee. Materials fees will differ for classes, this depends on the type and amount of materials supplied.

No make-ups for any reason. Make-ups will only be in the case of an instructor absence.

Snack breaks are taken for all kids and teens ½ day and full day classes. Full day students receive a 1 hour lunch break. Please provide your children with snacks or lunch accordingly. We are having a nut free summer. Please do not send your child to the studio with nut products. We can chill any items.

Students may take classes, eat or play outside. Please prepare or provide your child with sun block.

Our students can be photographed or filmed for promotional use during classes. Please express only your disinterest in writing to the studio.
