How do I navigate/use your website?
Some can find our website browsing a bit confusing. Here are some tips for navigating. Class listings can be found at the top drop down menu under "CLASSES". Classes are divided into kids, teens and adults.

Where are you located?
We are currently located at 263 Central St. in Foxboro. We moved to this location in April of 2012. Previously we were at Chestnut Green and Mechanic Street.

How much do the classes cost?
Class prices differ depending on the length of the class. For the 2012/2013 school year prices have changed to
1 hour - $215
1.5hrs - $235
2hrs - $275
3hrs - $295

If you are a member of Hunakai Studio you will received a 10% discount on classes and workshops. The membership drive ended July 15.

All students are required to pay a registration fee of $20 when entering a class. Registration fees are only paid once a year.

How many classes are covered by the tuition?
Our sessions run for 2 months. The average number of classes is 8 but may be more or less depending on if there are holidays or school vacations.

A new session has already started, can I still join?
Yes. We have rolling admissions and a student may join a class at any time. We pro-rate tuition for classes not attended during the start of a session. Tuition cannot be pro-rated for classes missed due to absences.

The class I'm interested in is listed as "on waiting list" or "forming" what does that mean?
It means that a class is full and you will be placed on a waiting list. As soon as a spot becomes available you will be notified and you will be able to join. If a class is listed as "forming" then there are not currently enough students enrolled and you will be place on a waiting list. As soon as enrollment numbers are met you will be notified. Please call or email the studio to double check because we might be able to accept you into a class.

Do I need my own materials or will the studio provide them?
Will provide all materials for the children's classes. Teens and adults must supply their own materials. A supply list will be given out for all the specifics that you will need.
Some classes like clay and printmaking their materials supplied for them at an additional materials fee. You may find the appropriate supply list for your class/medium in the news section of the website.
