Open House and Faculty ShowCome by for a visit to check out our facilities, meet some of our talented instructors, and sign up for a fall class. The showcase is scheduled to run from 1-4 p.m. Aug. 21, and will include more than just viewings of the different artworks. Members of our faculty will be showing demos of their processes, how they work and what media they work with, and techniques they use to achieve their incredible end result works of art.

If you see a style you love at the show, inquire as to what classes that instructor is teaching this coming fall. Many of our classes still have limited spaces available, and hopefully we can put you in a class where the art of the teacher is inspiring to you!

Speaking of fall classes, our class schedule this fall is full of robust options for students of all ages and certainly has something to offer any type of artist. For the youngsters, we have introductory art classes for preschoolers through third and fourth graders, as well as a session for home-schooled students. For teens, we’re offering several of our most popular sessions, including Clay Sculpting and 3D Sculpture, as well as new Art of Book Making and Paper Making and Sculpture courses.

Adults can choose from a number of classes, as well, including many of the same classes available to teens, plus adult drawing and extended oil painting courses. We’ve also got a new Adult Intro to Art – Art Experience course to introduce newcomers to a variety of mediums to help them find their passion.
