This adult drawing class, near Norfolk MA, is a great class designed more for the beginner level. This class is also recommended for students wishing to explore other mediums such as oil painting or acrylics in the near future. We recommend students who have not studied art before or haven’t in a while join this introductory course. Class begins by teaching the fundamentals of shape, form, perspective, value, shape and texture then introduces more complex concepts. Lessons cover a wide variety of subject matter from animals to human forms to perspective pieces and landscapes. The class will also learn different drawing mediums: pencil, pen, charcoal, and a bit of colored pencil. This is a great beginning point for all other disciplines.
How our classes work
- Classes run for 2 month sessions. There are an average of 7 classes per session.
- Session dates are Sept+Oct, Nov+Dec, Jan+Feb, Mar+Apr, May+Jun.Classes in July and August follow our separate summer schedule.
- Tuition prices are for the 2 month session.
