Ages: Grades 6+
A perfect class for the anime and manga lover! Students will get to explore different styles of the Japanese art form and also American style cartoons. We will also learn classic techniques like form, perspective, proportion and more. We will also do more materials exploration in addition to markers. We will use gouache, ink, colored pencils and paper for getting the kids creative and outside their comfort zones.
How summer classes work
- This class meets once a week for 7 weeks.
- All materials are included, but students are welcome to bring their own if desired.
